Michel is a host, communicator and ambassador of the hospitality inspiration centre. Such a diverse function requires a breadth of view like you get flying in a helicopter. That Ylfi, the name of the chair, is spelled backwards “I fly” can hardly be a coincidence. In addition, it is also a really ‘classy’ model, and that suits Michel.
