From September 14 till 16 Satelliet Originals was present @GLUE Amsterdam connected by design: A four-day design-route for Amsterdam designers, the general public, architects, brands, labels, showrooms, galleries, academies and other design professionals. GLUEs on a mission to bring the design sector closer together. Many of you visited Satelliet Originals in Amsterdam’s most beautiful park – Oosterpark – in the monumental, artistic Hotel Arena Amsterdam. The impressive, characteristic lobby and staircase were our décor in which we showed you our latest design assets like intriguing Chester by Elise Luttik, soothing Pebble by Erik Remmers and the fringed ReUnited by Lars Snellaars.
Next to this site for free spirited people the design-route led you to inspiring places and venues like Rademakers Gallery, Thonic, Moooi, Pakhuis de Zwijger, Stedelijk Museum, Artemis Design Hotel, De Koophandel @Herengracht 141, Conservatorium Hotel and Beyond space.
Maico Pheninckx, Creative Consultant felt the setting in which the Orginals collection was shown to the public is phenomenal. ‘The visiting audience is privileged to have so many doors open to them. The Hidden Gems – normally hard to find or not open to public – make attending the design route extra worthwhile.’

Be an original, be brave
Be an original is about unapologetically being yourself. Every product created by Originals designers embodies hospitality, quality, strength, diversity, individuality, inspiration, relevance, and functionality. Satelliet Originals is not only a label with a versatile collection, there is also a very multi-faceted team of designers behind it. The designer’s eye, hand and heart – that’s where Satelliet Originals makes a difference. Design is about feeling, emotion.
We were glad you joined in on the fun, celebrated design with us, talked about creativity and ideas, breathed in art and crafts and made the connection during this amazing event.

Habitare Helsinki: Together
From 13 till 17 September Satelliet Originals was also present at Finland’s largest furniture, design and decoration event: Habitare. A furniture, interior design and design trade fair for professionals and the public in Helsinki where many international exhibitors present the latest trends, shapes and colours. In addition to hundreds of top-class exhibitors at the fair offers interesting exhibitions and special stands on many different topics of the range furniture, interior decoration and design. The Habitare 2023 theme, Together, highlights the sense of togetherness in challenging times. The theme also explores our changing world, and how, together, we must consider new perspectives on consumption and living.
Bouke Jongsma, Export manager: ‘Together with our Finnish partner Modeo – a nationwide business-to-business furniture supplier offering holistic solutions for office spaces – we attended the fair. We were already engaged in the office segment and now – due to our distinctive, tailor made Originals collection – we have made new segments like hotels, bars, restaurants, leisure and education curious about us too.’
